What happened
The person picks the type of situation from a plain-language list: harassment, discrimination, fraud, safety risk and others.
Ethics and whistleblowing channel
A safe place for anyone to report what they saw or experienced, without saying who they are, in three steps from their phone. Open to workers and third parties. And a clear dashboard for the ethics committee to investigate on time.
What the law requires
Brazilian Law 14,457/2022 requires companies that have a CIPA (the internal accident-prevention committee mandatory in Brazil) to adopt measures to prevent and fight sexual harassment and other forms of violence at work. The reporting channel is at the core of them, and existing is not enough: people must trust it to use it.
Law 14,457 of September 21, 2022, art. 23. Official text at planalto.gov.br.
How it works
Every screen was designed for someone who needs to tell something difficult, often in a hurry and not at ease with technology. The simpler it is to report, the sooner the ethics committee can act, before the problem grows.
The person picks the type of situation from a plain-language list: harassment, discrimination, fraud, safety risk and others.
Site, department, when it happened, who was involved and who else saw it. All optional, with hints on what helps the committee.
In writing or by audio, with a disguised voice if they wish. At the end they get a code to follow up and reply to the committee.
It takes about five minutes. Works on any phone, through the channel link or the QR code on the site poster.
What sets us apart
More than 20 years in employment law on the employer side, running trainings and sitting on the ethics committees of many companies. Escuta Ética brings that experience together: we know what a committee needs day to day and where a poorly designed channel becomes a problem, whether it is the report that reaches the very person accused, the deadline that expires unnoticed, or the investigation that does not hold up.
Before delivering a report, the system checks whether it mentions any committee member, by name, a similar name, a nickname or their department. Anyone who appears is left out of the case and is not even notified.
The report is sealed on the reporter's own phone and only opens on the computers of that case's committee members. The server keeps a closed envelope.
Those who prefer to speak record up to five minutes of audio. The voice is altered on the device itself before it leaves, and the person hears exactly what the committee will hear.
Acknowledge receipt, triage, reply, conclude: each stage has a deadline, in calendar or business days, which becomes a reminder in the dashboard and in each member's calendar.
Opening minutes, witness invitation, interview record, precautionary leave and final report, in short and full versions, drafted by lawyers.
When several reports come from the same source, the committee is alerted to read them together, without revealing who reported. It helps tell serious reports from abuse, without exposing anyone.
Who it is for
Security and LGPD
End-to-end encryption, to the standard used by banks and messaging apps. The report content never passes readable through any server, not even ours.
Access logs are kept for the period required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil), under confidentiality, and are only disclosed by court order. The client company never receives them.
Plans
Annual license, including the channel, the committee dashboard and updates. Pricing depends on the number of workers and sites.
For the company that needs to comply with the law through a serious, simple channel.
For those who want sound investigations, with committees by topic and investigation support.
For groups with several companies, legal entities and sites.
The law also requires rules of conduct and annual training. Spadoni e Correa Advogados, the law firm partnering with Escuta Ética, can handle both:
Frequently asked questions
Not through the channel. People can report without identifying themselves, and the content is sealed for the case committee only. Like any internet service, we keep access logs for the period required by Brazilian law (Marco Civil), under confidentiality, and they are only disclosed by court order. The company does not receive them.
Anyone who saw or experienced the situation: the company's workers, including those who have left, and third parties such as contractors, suppliers, customers and the community. Decree 11,129/2022 assesses precisely whether the channel is open to workers and third parties. The channel requires no employment link and no sign-up.
The system checks the report before delivering it. Anyone named, by name, a similar name, a nickname or their department, receives neither the report nor the notice. If the whole committee is conflicted, the case goes to the alternate committee and, last, to an external backstop.
No. The channel opens in the browser of any phone or computer, through the link or the QR code. The committee also uses the dashboard in the browser.
On sending, the person gets a code. With it they return to the channel to see progress, answer the committee's questions and send new evidence, without ever identifying themselves.
Before sending, the channel reminds people that reports must be made in good faith. The committee is alerted when several reports come from the same source, so it can read them together. And investigations follow a fair process in which the accused is heard, using the templates that come with the system.
An administrator appointed by the company, on a single screen: logo, color, committees, categories, deadlines and outreach. Whoever configures it does not read reports, unless they are also a committee member.
Yes. The Group plan brings several companies and sites into one contract, each with its own channel or sharing one, as you prefer.
Let's talk
A twenty-minute demo, with the channel in your company's brand and color. No commitment.
